How it works
The Inneo Alliance Engagement Process
Identify Area of Need
Health System selects area(s) of interest for Alliance support. These are often strategic initiatives, upcoming contract renewals, or scheduled RFPs.
Risk-Free Assessment
We conduct a no-risk deep dive assessment on the identified area of interest – reviewing process, personnel, and technology. Using assessment information, we design a fully custom end-to-end program. We then collaborate with you to fine-tune any needed aspects.
Implementation
Upon plan approval, we coordinate program implementation between all strategic partners and relevant departments within your health system. We provide project management resources to implement, onboard, and optimize vendor contracts across the agreement term.
Select Incentive
Once program has begun, we provide a range of value-added incentives that include Inneo Lab services, invoice credits, and charitable donations.
